A female religious guide accompanies female guests during the Rawdah visit on every Inanc Tour Umrah program. On some departures, a female guide remains with the group throughout the journey, but this is not standard on every tour and should be confirmed for the selected departure before booking.

Inanc Tour books the Rawdah appointment included in the group program, so you do not need to install Nusuk or create an individual booking for the standard visit. Guests seeking an additional Rawdah visit may check availability through Nusuk. An extra appointment is not guaranteed and must not conflict with the group schedule.

Fifty percent of the tour price is paid at reservation. The remaining balance may be completed up to 10 days before departure. Payment and balance details can be followed in the Inanc Tour mobile app.

You may cancel unconditionally until 30 days before departure. After that point, actual penalties charged to us for completed purchases such as hotels, visas and airline tickets are deducted and the remaining amount is refunded. If no penalty is charged, the full payment is refunded.

The Inanc Tour mobile app lets you follow your itinerary, hotels, guide and staff details, payments, prayers, visa, flight ticket and, when included in your program, high-speed train ticket.

Yes. Our guides remain with the group. Depending on group coordination and local conditions, optional activities such as tahajjud prayers, talks, voluntary tawaf and walking to prayers together may be arranged.

Times may change due to flights, traffic, crowd levels, prayer times or local regulations. The group team will announce the latest schedule in advance.

No. Guests unable to attend for health or personal reasons may inform the group team, although participation is recommended for the complete experience.

Scheduled group visits and transfers are operated by group vehicles. Meeting and departure details are shared by the tour team.

Preparation depends on the flight plan. For programs entering Makkah through Jeddah, male guests generally prepare their ihram clothing at the airport in Türkiye, while intention and talbiyah follow the miqat guidance. Groups visiting Madinah first prepare before the transfer to Makkah. Always follow your own group guide’s instructions.

Bring comfortable seasonal clothing, worn-in footwear, personal care items, charging equipment and regular medication. Male guests should prepare an ihram set, and all travellers should keep passports and travel documents in accessible hand luggage. A detailed checklist is available in our mobile app.

The local currency is the Saudi Riyal (SAR). Cards are widely accepted, but a limited amount of cash can help with small purchases. Check foreign-use settings and fees with your bank before travel.

Remain calm, stay where you are and contact your group guide immediately. Do not return to the hotel alone without guidance from the team.
