Same hotel, different service
What makes Inanc Tour’s VIP and boutique service different?
Staying at the same hotel does not mean receiving the same service. Inanc Tour standardises controlled groups, one shared hotel, Turkish Airlines flights, high-speed rail and VIP road transport, separate guidance and operations teams, buffet dining and end-to-end digital access across its scheduled departures.
On every scheduled departure
Our end-to-end Umrah service standard
These principles describe the core service model of Inanc Tour’s scheduled Umrah programs. The selected tour page and contract remain authoritative for departure-specific dates, duration, rooms and itinerary.
Controlled groups
Our Umrah groups are planned for 20 to 45 guests, supporting personal attention and reliable coordination.
One confirmed hotel
The whole group stays together. For the current season in Makkah, we work with A Fairmont Hotel Makkah Clock Royal Tower under a seasonal agreement.
Turkish Airlines
Turkish Airlines is standard on our scheduled Umrah departures. The flight plan and times are published on each tour page.
Rail and VIP road transport
High-speed rail is standard for the Madinah–Makkah intercity journey; airport transfers and visits use newer-model private VIP vehicles or coaches.
IATA membership
Inanc Tour is an IATA member. Our IATA code is 88223984.
Breakfast and dinner buffets
Every program includes rich breakfast and dinner buffets, with international dining and Turkish dishes available at hotel restaurants.
Transparent program details
Hotel, flight, transport, guidance, dining, room and inclusion details are disclosed before travel; the live tour page is authoritative.
An international group meeting in Istanbul
Guests from different cities around the world meet on Istanbul Airport departures
Our Umrah programs are planned to depart from Istanbul Airport. Istanbul serves as the meeting point for guests arriving from different cities around the world; program details and suitable connection options are shared during reservation.
One common start, coordinated travel
The Istanbul Airport departure model helps the group begin on one shared plan and supports travel coordination from a single centre.
Trust and friendship among travel companions
Guests meeting around a shared spiritual purpose from different cities and countries can form new friendships. We value mutual respect, harmony and trust within every group.
Guidance remains focused on guests
The tour scholar guides guests while the field team runs operations
Our wider team structure keeps operational tasks away from the tour scholar, preserving time for guests and spiritual guidance.
| Role | Inanc Tour standard | Guest benefit |
|---|---|---|
| Tour scholar | Every group has a tour scholar while operational work is handled by the field team. | The scholar can focus on guests, worship and spiritual guidance. |
| Madinah team | Two separate guides or field staff serve the group in Madinah. | Arrivals, visits and daily needs do not depend on one person. |
| Makkah team | Two separate guides or field staff serve the group in Makkah. | Hotel and visit operations continue without reducing the scholar’s time with guests. |
| Türkiye team | The Türkiye operations team manages reservation and pre-travel processes. | Support continues across the Türkiye and Saudi Arabia teams. |
One place for the journey

More than a hotel name
Why we do not stop at saying “five-star hotel”
The hotel matters, but it is not the whole service. Group size, keeping everyone together, flights and transfers, division of guidance and operational duties, dining and digital access together determine the practical quality of the journey.
We make VIP and boutique Umrah quality the standard of our scheduled departures, at a more accessible price than a conventional private program.
