Scheduled group visits and transfers use group vehicles. The team shares the vehicle, meeting point and departure time. Check the package details to see whether personal transport costs are included.

Stay calm, wait in a safe place and contact your guide or tour representative immediately. Do not move to another location alone without guidance. Carry your hotel card and the team’s contact details.
